I believe food is a powerful and often under-appreciated tool for transforming health and enhancing performance. At the same time, I recognize that nutrition science can be complex and sometimes overwhelming.

My coaching philosophy centres on building a true partnership with my athletes. Together, we navigate nutrition complexities by focusing on education, implementing practical behaviour changes, and fostering a positive relationship with food.​ My ultimate goal is to equip my athletes with the tools they need to achieve sustainable, long-term success.

My personal athletic background is in weightlifting and CrossFit, with some experience in indoor bouldering.
